China to End 50/50 Local owned Foreign Venture Rule for Foreign Auto Makers

Analysis: From our previous analysis in TSLA (https://zyne.com/stock/reports/TsLA/Shanghai_govt__says_Tesla_local_plant_talks_on_track) Due to the pressure by US President Donald Trump, China has now ended the 50/50 joint venture law for all foreign automobile companies. This will now make most foreign auto makers competitive and technology in vault. E(lectric) V(ehicles) companies will be allowed to become non-joint ventures immediately such as Tesla, Gas powered companies such as Ford,Audi , Mercedes-Benz , BMW will be allowed to be 100% wholly foreign owned in 2022 (3 years from now).

Conclusion:  Great news for foreign automobile corps for profits and tech in the #1 biggest auto market China with 24,000 new vehicle registrations per month, #2nd U.S. 17,000 , #3rd European Union 15,000.
