Asahi Group Holdings, a company that sells spirits and non-alcoholic beverages that owns approximately 20% of Tsingtao Brewery Co, is in exclusive talks with Anheuser-Busch InBev NV to acquire the Peroni and Grolsch beer brands for approximately $2.9 billion (USD).
