The order preference of respect:

1) God  -  Any god of your choosing, No restrictions. 

2) Country -  state of residence that makes you happy living there, Your country provides you the means to operate in society.

3) Team -  It may be your family, or co-workers or friends, The respect for them should always be healthy.  They provide the support to your operation.

4) Self - Yourself.  The respect for yourself inspires confidence, but it is never above the respect for numero uno.

The risks of this order is , doesn't produce any extremes or short term gains , in  a few capitalistic countries, the order of respect may be , 1) self , 2) team 3) country or 1) country 2) self  ,  This produces an reward in the short term but flawed in the longterm.

The rewards of this order is: balance and long term benefits, containment of over exageration of self.
