Analysis:Ele.me is purely a logistics company (consisting of people with electric scooters)  with an app platform of restaurants dealing with prepared foods. Customers purchase food from restaurants such as KFC, McDonalds and other local restaurants from a mobile phone APP.  Delivery Fee's amount to 2-5RMB for each shipment.

Conclusion: This may be an acqui-hire to own an extensive employee centric fleet of 30 minutes or less deliverymen.   The profits/market cap of ele.me is non consequential.  The end usage of the operation may be in supermarket delivery.
