T-Mobile and Sprint are coming together to form a $146 billion new company to take on Verizon and AT&T

Analysis:  Sprint runs a compatible 4g LTE network as T-mobile, The 3g cdma is incompatible with T-moble but most customers have already migrated to 4g LTE. It is highly unlikely this deal will be approved by the Trump administration as it deals 0 benefits to customers with the consolidation of the #3rd and #4th biggest cell phone netwowrk in the US.  Even if the merger completes, no visible changes to both companies or customers other than merger of assets. Growth for the sake of growth.

Conclusion: Unlikely to be approved by the Trump administration. This deal doesn't benefit anyone other then bankers.
