Proxy adviser ISS recommends against GE keeping auditor KPMG

Analysis:  GE use to operate GE Capital which had a lot of financial related options and vehicles.  GE use to own a bank which was sold to Goldman Sachs in 2015. Financial companies tend to have increasingly non-transparent holdings.

Conclusion: Good idea, the liabilities should be reviewed.
